No, you simply have to apply the enshrined legal right to a charge, trial, and conviction, before you start condemning an innocent man to your own summary version of justice.

Experience tells me that the usual suspect will have this man guilty and executed on the basis that he may be a Muslim alone, but that's not how proper debate works - and I have always thought of you as someone who brings dispassionaite argument to any discussion.
Being a 'person of interest' does not make the man guilty, it makes him a 'person of interest'.

The individual in this thread has not even been charged but some have pronounced him guilty and handed out the death penalty!
