So what difference will sanctioning do? As far as i know she doesnt hold any job positions of any description anymore, shut the door after the old nag has bolted.

There are only a few remedies available to us in English Law, these days. 

We are no longer allowed to remove body-parts to 'satisfy' the victim. So we are left with the deprivation of money or liberty.

No amount of money could satisfy the amount of harm over which PV presided. She was top of the heap and was rewarded well for being there......right at the top, where the buck stops.

So, I think depriving her of her liberty together with every man-jack of the others who heard, saw and did nothing, or didn't hear or see but should have done, if really the only thing left.

ay hev been in this situation - -" he cant have done this, no one would do this!" - accusing my employer of perjury, knowing that if I were wrong.... I wd get fired.
