We now find ourselves in the ludicrous situation of judiciary in effect banning the defence of a country by it's governmental representatives.

The trouble is, there is no deterrent strong enough to prevent the boat people. Until there is, they'll keep coming.

Very soon this is going to explode across Europe and it isnt going to be pretty.  Already we signs of the REAL far-right setting up shop.

Some of these right-on liberals and lawyers that are facilitating them want to be careful they dont end up doing the Saddam shufffle.  As I said its really not going to be good.

Clearly if preventing illegal activity is against the law, then that law needs changing, and the change applied retrospectively to prevent those eho were doing the right thing, getting punished for it.

 

Surely it is most urgent that when a legal flaw is spotted it becomes top priority to anslyse & correct it.

europe could confiscate the ngo rescue boats, and use eu navy boats to tow back the boats, there will come a point where they have no choice.
