Scotland rules ok?

It's true, our Prime Minister is a Scot, so is the Chancellor, the Armed Forces minister and even the minister for London is Scottish, our MP's can vote in the English parliament but English MP's cant vote in ours, (although I dont think thats fair).

What are your thoughts?

Where's this English Parliament then?

There is no such theing as "The English Parliament" (and, incidentally, I don't want there to be). There is the UK parliament and the Scottish parliament. Laws are made for the UK by all the MPs in the UK parliament, and laws are made for Scotland (on devolved issues) by MSPs in the Scottish parliament. I am happy with the current arrangement because I am a Unionist.
