This is an unrepentant monster who will almost certainly reoffend again whichever country he ends up in and as we have seen from the families of his victims in Vietnam, he is feral enough to prey on the very weakest and poorest people and so is a double menace.
Geduk, I don't think it's fair to be overly critical of the families of his victims who did accept money to keep quiet. These people are suffering in grinding poverty and degredation and were twixt the Devil and the deep blue sea..... literally.�1,000 to them is more money than they will probably ever imagine and they made that difficult choice.Nothing will ever undo what he did to those children but the families doubtless did what they considered best in the long run for themselves and their children.
I just hope when he does get back here we actually do something to stop him reoffending.
