what gives a "foreigner" the right to tell the British Home Secretary that he has gone to a "muslim area" and insulted the muslim community ????

this Muslim area is Leyton, East London. the capital city of England.

extremist or not, England/Britain is firstly for the British.. there can never be a compramise....

these people come here at our expence and DEMAND rights and privelages they would never get in their country of birth...

Ethnic ghettos breed extremism?
Local ethnics have been living in peace and harmony in areas like Southall, Bradford, Glasgow, etc, etc for decades even before 9/11 and 7/7. So why is this an issue now?

I only agree on this point to a degree that the integration itself is the problem in this country but not that it breeds extremism. As to why people in Bradford do not mix into our culture I do not know but perhaps others who have experience about this can enlighten me.

Kingsway, I find it quite surprising that you think the views of one 'extremist' interrupting the conference is the commonly held view of all muslims. As I said knowing his previous records he should have not been allowed there in the first place.

I just do not endorse to statements like all muslims in this country do not integrate into the society based on one's assumption and further infering that they want to take over Britain.

He just articulated them in English more clearly than most Muslims can, and rather loudly. I was shocked that Radio 4's the Today Show this morning broadcasted comments by this radical muslim extremist. I do not think that giving him more air-play benefits anyone.

There are no muslim areas in Britain. Only British. Anyone who mistakenly thinks otherwise is sadly deluded. Wise-up, smell the coffee and admit it and you can then be forgiven for your delusions, (not a bad lot us Brits you know) we're only human after all.
