As a proud brit, I have to agree with what is being said here. I love my country and am currently going through the process of joining the RAF to try and defend it and to hopefully protect less able countries.
It is shocking that supposed 'British' people could even consider such actions against their own countrymen.
4 years ago when Iraq II (the return for Saddam) was fought, there were 'proud' Iraqis living in the UK that went to fight against the british forces. These guys were interviewed on telly but had their faces covered up. If they're sooooo proud, why do that? So they could come back and live their hypocritical existence again is why. What should have happened was the home office revoke their UK status and tell them to stay there.
'treason'
noun {U}
(the crime of) lack of loyalty to your country, especially by helping its enemies or attempting to defeat its government.
Makes me wonder if this country is worth fighting for any more.....
