I don't know about anyone else but if I knocked on the door of a house and the householder answered it naked then I would be legging it as fast as my legs could carry me in the opposite direction. Why on earth did the woman in this case enter the house??? I think 27 months in prison is a bit harsh for this crime when rapists and child abusers get let off with cautions and fines sometimes.

In absolute honesty, I have had complete strangers do far worse to me on a night out. I wouldnt expect them to get more than a slap. I know its an invasion and everything but it needs some perspective.

I'm sure there must be something else going on here as it would have been her word against his and the fact she went in makes you wonder! And if he's said to have mental problems you do wonder why his sentence is harsh!

I didn't read it that he got a sentence but that he'd be monitored for ten years on the sex offenders list. That kind of seems fair enough, history of depression or not.
