So, is it one rule for women sex offenders then?
Had this been a bloke, I bet you he'd be inside by now.

This offence was committed in 2008 not 2004.
What the questioner is suggesting is that the ofence warrants prison, regardless of gender, but (and I agree) if the offender is male he can expect a tougher sentance.
Perhaps we need mandatory sentances for certain offences acroos the board, because it appears to me that our judges are failing to provide justice.

The woman did wrong and should be prosecuted accordingly as should anyone that interferes with a child. I love how people attitudes changed when the pic was posted of her.
I find that link (NO JAIL FOR MAN WHO ADMITS SEX WITH GIRL, 12) which Ethel posted very disturbing news. So basically the judge said this guy was "mentally younger than his 20 years", and therefore decided not to jail him....so maybe this woman can state the same thing...she's not right in the head after all. People like this make me sick!

when i was 15 i slept with a woman who was 30+ and a well ex friends mum... he may have done the persuing and she was just foolish enough to fall for it... men tend to be more predatory when it comes to looking for a "mate" and when i was 14-(now) i was constantly looking for the next bit of skirt...
tbh it should be a fair with the sentencing for both sexes but i guess the above should be taken into account.
