I read about two foreigners working in a bank saying that they woudn't serve pigs on a Wednesday. They got compensation and a �2 million council house. Another Christian worker got her face kicked in by the cops because she tried to serve them whilst wearing a chain with a crucifix on!!!! You couldn't make it up!!! Could the last one out of England (or Englandanistan as you could call it now lol) turn the lights off!!!!!!!!

It's happening here as well. The council has changed a bus route which passes some Christian churches, after a complaint by Muslims on their way to work. Our famous smorgesboard is now banned in council restaurants, for fear of causing offence!!!

i'm not that bothered if folk get compensation here,if it works both ways & we get compensated abroad if we're prevented from our quirky ways,i suppose we're less serious re our religion than other countries & don't get our hands cut off for stealing

I think that the judge made the right decision. These sorts of people (if true) are not doing any favour to their religion and of course they do not have common sense. I am a Muslims myself and I have always offered my prayers wherever I worked. But that prayer is for me so employer should never suffer due to that. First of all 5 prayers never come in one shift. Ok I am a 9 to 5 worker. I offer one prayer (afternoon) during Summer and two during winter due to short day. But I fit one in my lunch break and for the other (in Winter) I work 15 minutes extra or start 15 minutes early whereas that prayer only takes about 5 minutes. So in other words my employer is getting my extra 10 minute�s work with no extra pay at all. How and why would he refuse?

Few people of course want all this time off but do not want to spend 5 minutes extra. That�s wrong.

The report says the two people who brought the case don't speak English. This begs the following questions - What were they doing at the Royal Mail? I sure hope they weren't working in the sorting offfice.
