Where did this so called fire arms expert receive his training ??

the first rule of shooting is under NO circumstances ever point a gun at anybody loaded or unloaded ( unless under combat conditions), something that was drummed into me from the moment i could walk !! as an ex serviceman my old dad would throw a major wobbly if i even pointed a toy gun at him.

If you read my question immediately below yours chas you'll see he *failed* his firearms training.

That's why the force was fined
He certainly didn't get his training from the Army. I did my National Service in an infantry regiment, and to this day I can remember the thorough small arms instruction that I got (and it's 45 years ago!).
I doubt he kept live rounds in a chocolate box because he "forgot" his training Bookbinder!

it wasnt just the army , he came from a Norfolk country family where shotguns were a normal day to day thing and were treated with respect.
I have done some club level shooting and any messing around or pinting guns at people was an instant ban...
