hi everyone, on the 6.30 news there was a mother who was trying to raise funds for her baby who had weeks to live unless they raised enough money to send her to america for an operation>

i have searched the itn web site but i cant find it?...

Why does she have to raise funds to have an operation?

Why can't it be done in this country via the NHS?

If it has to be done in the US, why can't the government pay for it? They will spend millions on causes less deserving than this.

thats right AOG Gordon Brown would cirtainly gain lots of browny points if he came on telly and said this sweet little girl needs our help and we as a nation should give her all the help she needs.. If i win the euro lottery tonight I will pay for her.. but it should'nt have to come down to donations should it?

hi - did you see tonight's news - old trouser man himself Simon cowell has helped finance this lovely litttle girls treatment. He might be a bit of a tosser but his heart is in the right place. Fingers crossed for Sophie x
