Given that this hateful woman would like to see all women short lists for safe Labour seats at the general election, why is her husband, Jack Dromey, being parachuted into a safe labour seat? Where is the women only short list?

Will there be any safe Labour seats at the next election?
With 65% - 70% of the electorate apathetic or lazy, it's democracy itself that's unsafe. Who out there can identify the cleanest, most trustworthy politicians in Britain, from all sides? It seems to me that just when you assess a politician's high qualities, they are exposed as liars and cheats, or some doubt is raised about their fidelity or integrity? Where are the truly inspirational leaders who can restore confidence and lead us through this rather dark tunnel we seem to be in? To answer your question specifically, no seat should be safe, if only to keep candidates on their toes, and your mention of Harman and Dromey does not fill me with confidence if they are supposed to be examples of our best politicians. I certainly don't believe that "we're all doomed" but we need special people to occupy Parliamentary seats. Happy days!
Clearly a case of 'Do as I say, not as I do.'
Labour will parachute someone they want into a 'safe seat'.

If the seat is not safe, then the local party get to choose, from a all women list.

Democracy or hypocrisy, you decide?

Gromit - given Harman's schooling choice for her offspring, i'll go for hypocrisy.
