Good idea or not?

It seems plod can't catch a burglar and even on the rare occasion when they do the scum are let off after the 263rd offence. So how can plod have the sheer gall to moan at law abiding citizens for trying to do something themselves?

Where would it end?
I understand the police are more interested in the person that reports a crime than the criminal simply because they view those who complain as being the problem and its easier to placate the public with condescending leaflets than it is to detect and arrest criminals.
But you can't be out the on the streets making plod look stupid and lazy now can you?

How would you like it R1Geezer if someone put up pictures of you all over the town accusing you of being a mugger or burgler or even a paedophile.
Next thing you know, without any proof whatsoever, you could have a couple of dozen people coming round your house to beat you up or burn you house down.
It has to be innocent proven guilty
