Ed Milibands choice needs some explaining for his new chancellor. He may be a good commicator but Alan Johnson seems completely out of his depth. The obvious choice of either Ed Balls or his wife for the post were discounted. It makes you wonder why? Though, having an obviously crap Shadow Chancellor instead is not a great move. Osborne is dim and Johnson is dull. Who will win the battle of mediocrity is anyone guess.
