Dispatches: Lessons In Hatred And Violence

This follows on from an earlier question set by me.

Did any of you watch this on TV last night?

If so what are your comments?

Should these establishments for teaching hatred and violence now be closed down, and the teachers taken to court?

In Bruxelles they speak English because it is a common language and does not offend. If the French speak French the flemish get upset and visa versa.

And yes I do know what I am talking about I work there regularly.

And why in the hell should we move because immigrants want to take over our country mw? What a totally rediculous suggestion.

The indigenous population of the UK move away from immigrants ALL THE TIME!!!

Just check the East End of London. As Asian families moved in to be with relatives and for work, older Eastenders moved out to Essex.

Same with Birmingham.

This is how ghettos form. Immigrants will graduate to private housing in the cheapest areas. After working hard over a number of years, they buy their own homes from White families, and a number of those White families will move out, and the cycle continues.

Thank you for that link, it is good to know he was arrested, but he wasn't the only one that should have been arrested, and the Mosques and schools should have been forced to close by the authorities.

In typical Guardian manner they wrote,

Not forced to close because of the bile being spewed into those young heads, but because the Far-Right might attack their Mosques.

And we can't have that, can we?

You can be pretty sure that mosques will soon be attacked...not necessarily by established far right groups, but certainly by lone nut jobs.

It's happened before.

Certainly, CH4 should pass all it's findings on to the police, and where Imams have been found to incite racial (or religious hatred), they should be prosecuted in exactly the same way that anyone else would.

Please note - this already happens.

I think your analogy with 30s Germany is a little flawed, yes there was alot of anti-Jewish rhetoric being preached to adults, but the most frightening thing was the teaching of the Party (NAZI) line to young underdeveloped minds, even encouraging them to report on their family and friends of any anti-Nazi sympathies.

Something very similar is taking place in these Mosques and schools, and the proof was there to see in that TV documentary, not in some persons glossed over assumption on how a particular violent and anti-West religion might act.

But what about the offending Schools/Mosques, would you wish them to be closed down also sp?

If some private schools or other establishments, were preaching similar hate and violence etc, against Islam by Far Right activists, the perpetrators would soon be arrested and the buildings closed down.

That is of course if opposition groups didn't get there first and burn them down.

After watching the film on Ch 4 it was obviously a staged event. The teachers knew they were being filmed so acted in an outrageous way. The clips round the ear were just play acting...you could tell the youngsters never tried to defend themselves or move their hands to the sight of the slap. The kicks up the backsides were so lightly done no damage could have been caused. The children were laughing and creating a lot of noise when the teachers spit out their load of filth.

These Islamic schools should rein in this play acting as some of the kids will grow up and take it all seriously. The last thing we want is for them to become terrorists.

Problem is, especially in these schools and Mosques, is that they are following the dictates of Mohammed.

If you are not a Muslim, then you are at war with Islam, no middle ground.

According to them, there are three choices, 1, convert. 2, live under subjucation. 3, death.

Creeping Islamifcation.

Of course, there are countless numbers who want to live side by side peaceably, but these aren't following the Qur'an and Hadith properly, as these Imams and Teachers in the programme are.

According to Islamic laws, they are acting correctly.

If what you're saying is true, then there are an awful lot of 'plastic Muslims' all over the place in the UK.

Perhaps Muslims are a bit like Christians in that they follow 'some' of the word of the Lord, but don't live their lives exclusively by their religious teachings (otherwise it would make day to day life faught with difficulties).

No - if evidence came about which proved the accusations, the schools should be fined up to the eyeballs, and put under local government control.

Inspections should then be made on an ad hoc basis, and said schools would be put under 'probation'.

Anyone convicted of promoting racial or religious hatred should be treated exactly the same under the law. The same beady eye which is focussed on the BNP should also be watching whats going on in their schools/mosques.

Yes, probably - but we don't have that as a comparison. The nearest we have as a comparative story is that documentary that was on a few years ago, 'The Secret Policemen':

That caused a similar storm, and I believe some resignations from the force. Of course, no laws were actually broken there, and it remains to be seen whether any actual laws have been broken here too.

Yes sp1814, unfortunately it is true, your 'Plastic Muslims' would, I guess, be the same peaceable ones I referred to in my previous reply, of which there are, in this country, probably many thousands. Problem is, its the ones that are following the words of the Prophet who are doing the damage.

The Muslims defend themselves in the usual way, by addressing the less important issues, but shy away from making any comment or action taken on the wider issues.
