I mean not cruelly, or perhaps to their face, that would be rude...
I have on any number of occasions.
Annette Curtain was one, and Teresa Green, how could parents not realise what misery it might cause. I like ones that fit the persons job.
One of my favourites has to be Austin Healey the rugby player,

I used to work with a man and his surname was Doctor. That wasn't the problem though: his father WAS a Doctor and he was Doctor Doctor. I hope he's not reading this.
Many years ago, on tv, there was a priest and his surname was Christmas so he was Father Christmas.
Also many years ago, I used to work with a man named Ian Paul Upward so his initials were I.P Upward....

We had a doctor Death. Looked so weird on the sign outside the practice.

He pronounced it De-Ath for some reason.
One that always makes me smile is on the ITV news a correspondant Nina Nannar
Our IT Manager is called De'Ath and his first assistant was called Hindley so you could imagine they were known as Myra and Dr Death
I had a denist once called Mr Pullar (!), he used to be treating 2 or 3 patients at once in different rooms and watch golf on the telly while attacking your teeth! No wonder I don't like dentists!
