Full grid but stuck on the "highlighting those who repeated the phrase" . Haven't identified all the extra letters so can't even make any sense of the phrase.
Any help please?

Who repeated it is an answer that goes upwards and is the initials of the answer. Sorry, trying not to give too much away!

It's a bit misleading. I thought it went upwards as well - but there is a downwards version as well.
