Hi All, I am flummoxed with 19a A certain unknown very much my style in yesterdays skeleton crossword. I thought that danny13 was easily talked around by sedge13 with his SOME (SO ME)when "my style" is clearly MODE or TONE! Please can any of you parse in detail so that I can be convinced that SOME is the correct answer.

Some (as shown, "so me" [my style]) - "(a) certain unknown or unspecified..."

I worked it similarly as SoMe, an unknown amount. Vey much - So much, and the Me was a style or type of My.

Hi Lie-in King, Having clicked on to your Collins Dictionary and scrolled down to your "British" definition of 'SOME' I am convinced that it IS correct when I came upon the words 'certain unknown' in the definition. Many thanks for your help in this and enjoy your lie in!
