The Club is now Open


All Members, new and old , are once again welcomed to the Club.


The usual wonderful array of nibbles and tailcocks will doubtless arrive shortly.

As is usual, we will have a raffle later and any prizes will be gratefully received.


So far we have:


A tin of Mansion House polish

A bag of sherbet lemons

3 shirt buttons

A small bottle of cod liver oil. (Sell by date 2007)

Tickets are available in several colours from any Committee member or there is an honesty box on the small hall table.

Good evening Milady, I am happy to say I have managed to light the barbecue, the coals are just right and there is a plentiful supply of goodies to cook.

All usual drinkies and nibbles too - this weeks Guest Tailcock is Cloud10x, a very uplifting number and suitable for a balmy evening such as this.

For the raffle I bring

3 paper umbrellas
2 passport application forms
7 plastic forks
Ball of grey darning wool.
