The Club is now Open.

Welcome once again. Gather close to the fire on this nippy night and enjoy good company ,delicious nibbles and no doubt a powerful tailcock or three.

Raffle prizes so far include:

A box of Zubes
A tin of vaseline
A yellow muffler.

Tonight's talk was to have been 'Knitting patterns of the 1950s' ...a rib-tickler if ever there was..but the speaker has just plain disappeared.

Good evening milady and all you good people.

As the evening is so bitter, I have lit all the fires , thankfully the odd job man found an abandoned truck with old furniture on, so kindling is in good supply.

A warming feast includes the ever popular Venison sausages (thanks Milud) in freshly baked rolls with red onion marmalade, also a hearty rabbit stew.

This weeks tailcock is the Ice Pix - sounds chilly and sharp but has a warming afterglow.

For the Rofl

3 mini Hovis loaves
Packet of filo pastry
24 Hairgrips
Bag of pork scratchings.
