Welcome again, friends, old and older, mad and madder.
What delights will this evening hold for us all ?
Here's hoping for a new and delicious tailcock, a bit of assiduous buttling (later as he is detained elswhere...no word of any butcher lady, though, thank goodness), an ode from the bard and news from all, of course.)
For tonight's raffle , so far I have:
A tin of Ox Blood shoe polish (unopened)
A small feather duster for cleaning small crevices
Six blue cardigan buttons (well, you don't have to use them for a cardigan, that's just where I got them)
Fifteen toilet rolls (Izal, the hard stuff...very good for comb and paper )
I do believe the otter has been invited to join the poker game with croc and his cat . I stumbled upon them when I refilled my tailcock a few moments since. And that llama ...getting over friendly with a stray feather boa.
Spring has sprung, the grass is riz......I wondered where that llama wis...
well it's gotta rhyme!
He's supposed to be visiting his family in the Trossachs as I've been using the coach and pair owing to my "injury"
How long does it take for a pulled muscle to heal anyway?
I really do think that so many problems in present day life could be overcome if only schools would bring back spelling lessons. My toad is unable to differentiate which lady from witch lady. He also keeps enumerating the digits on his feet.
I didn't mean to pull it, I was only going upstairs climbed three steps, yelled and best beloved came running - didn't know he could still run like that! No rocks. Sparkly or otherwise
Good night to you all till next week , I am away to my hammock. Try to stay well and take care of yourselves. I have my poncho and a long journey to wend my way back to the glorious ( wet and windy ) Island .
Nungate, a fast ambulatory well beloved! How wonderful. You really need to be a barnacle! Do you need me to weave a little magic or are you enchanting enough?
