MM Links Results December 2012 Week 1

'Sir Robin of Linksley' (aka Aquagility) is setting the challenges for the first three weekends of December.
The first of those challenges is now over and I can reveal that after regaling us with his sailing adventures, his chosen links were:

NIGHT MARE
WATCH MAKER
HEAVY DUTY
STORMY WEATHER

A great start with all four links ticked off in the first three minutes of play and 30 points distributed amongst players.

It was player #4, Christiana who was first to strike lucky (Sorry: 'show her skill') with not one, but TWO hits claiming 4 points with NIGHT MARE and STORMY WEATHER.
Also in time for bonus points on these were Manxiemo and x-ray (for 'Night Mare') and Grannydi (for 'Stormy Weather') earning 2 points each.

At 9:03, Lysander (with middlestump in tow) found HEAVY DUTY for 2 points each.

Still with the clock at just 9:03. the final link of WATCH MAKER was suggested by Owllady for 2 points.

From there on, there were several claims to single points. amongst them there were two players worthy of a mention for being double-hitters:- Shazza and Joto.
