Mm Links Results December 2012 Week 1

'Sir Robin of Linksley' (aka Aquagility) has challenged you all for the last time this year.
The game has now closed and I can reveal that his chosen links were:

DARK-NESS
FEAR NOUGHT
NURSERY RHYME
TALL STORY

A mixture of some easy and some tough choices there but you were all well up to the challenge - so how did you all do

(Sorry to be a little later than usual - we had an unexpected visitor to the Gen2 rookery)

Beejay1124 immediately claimed 2 points for NURSERY RHYME with tearinghair, roslyn251254, rockfordill & fordward in time for bonus points as well.

One minute later, and Christiana knew a TALL STORY when she read one and collected her own 2 points.

In the 8th minute, sibton preferred the safety of DARK NESS which along with a single for 'nursery rhyme' totalled 3 points.

You know how they say that you wait all day for a bus and then two come along together?
Well, that is what happened with the last link.
Wicked tongue came along at 7 minutes to 4 on Saturday afternoon suggesting FEAR NOUGHT and also earned 3 points (along with a single for 'nursery rhyme'). Deecee131 as the next player (but too far behind for a bonus) was the only other person to suggest that link.


Double-hitters this week were Sibton, Mr Albaqwerty, Wickedtongue and X-ray but who is to be Hotshot? Not one of those though.

Amazingly, with the difficulty of some of those links, we actually had a triple-hitter.
The afore-mentioned decee131 garnered 3 singles (all except 'Dark-ness')
