Yes it was Homo sapiens.I have got man for Isle of Man
Well unity is an island and is also a term meaning the number one, although I wouldn't say the term is archaic

I'm not sure I follow what you say about homospaiens. Was the answer to question 1 MAN or HOMOSAPIENS? Was isle of Man another answer

I thought that foxlair meant that the answer to qn 1 is Homo Sapiens so the answer is the Isle of Man
Although Man is not an archaic term for Homosapiens- it's the other way round.
Maybe there was a fictional island of HomoSapiens

No the answer I am wanting is archaic word for 1.Fiction factory asked if there was a No1 on my quiz which was Homo sapiens and I had man.I think he thought the question could have been related to q 1 and not the number 1
