aelmpv's list of countries is a bit longer than the one I used. I'm not sure whether they all count as countries but it makes me wonder whether old names or regions are allowed- eg Mesopotamia, Manchuria. That may give a few more song titles.
Incidentally (perhaps) Patti Smith sang about Mesopotamia but the song title was Baghdad (not sure I've got spelling right there)
