could start a new trend where you have to work out the linked words on Saturday and Monday without the shaded clues !! I'm gone for:

No point in sending in this week, last time they forgot to shade the clues they declared the crossword null & void. Dont waste the stamp.

Decided not to send in completed puzzle this week. Sent it anyway 2 weeks ago and wasted a stamp. Is there any way they could let us know the shaded clues on their website?

Send the completed grid to The Editor with a letter to explain this has happened twice in a month and ask for refund for price of paper hope there sales go down the best thing we all need to do is check before we buy I got mine today and it did cross my mind won't get caught out again.
