March generalist

Just to let anybody know, if they've not already checked .. the March generalist has been available on-line since last evening. I have made a good start but stuck on two at present, will continue to try to dig-out these two answers, but not getting close to them at present and may need to look for assistance in due course! ;0)

Many thanks Shaneystar .. I may have to call on your expertise for what I think is a plural variant of a French term .. I have what I think is the singular answer, but need the plural (and the standard plural form doesn't fit!!)

Free wheeling ...think of a type of wave ..that they do at football matches etc ...and go into overdrive !!
I have the first half of the kiss but think it must be a dialect of some sort ..still stuck on the debt .

Shaney, I had overdrive but was nowhere near the first word, other than letters from downward clues.

Debt answer is a latin phrase, both words beginning with letter A .. Cryptic clue for second word " foreign + hesitate".

Just the second part of the kiss to go then .. will keep looking!
