This is Gen2 here standing in once again for Crofter who is sunning himself on Teneriffe midway through a well deserved two week break. Fortunately the shrubbery keys were still where I left them last week (I'm not saying where, but harder to find than that geranium pot). Fortunately everyone behaved themselves last week and there were no complaints from the neighbours so I have once again relented and opened the shrubbery gates provided you all promise to remain on your best behaviour and follow the dress code (No hoodies allowed). Yes, I know it's a bit later than usual, but I've got visitors at the moment and we have just finished our meal.
Tomorrow will bring the second weekend (of five) in the reign of our Jools (The intelligent half of JimJools) who has been dubbed the Crown Jools (there:- does that make up for the remarks I made last week?). As I pointed out last week, this is the third queen in a row - and we males are poorly represented among the point scorers so far. Come on guys - get those thinking caps warmed up.
Switch on, tune in and log on at 8:45 tomorrow for the start once again of the crown jewellery.
I'm squeaky clean, all snuggled up in my fleecy dressing gown, ready for bed but daughter is up in Lons=don so will have to mee the last train or vomit express as hubby calls it. Hoping he'll go as I don't want to get dressed, I have driven to the station in my jim jams before but am convinced if I keep doing it I will push my luck and have a prang!!!
You are right Pauline, I think it's a daughter thing, I don't worry so much about my son although he is younger. he is also 6' 3" whereas his big sister is only 5'3"!
It's fun if you like research. Most o the answers have to be looked up - will I have to, I don't know about sarumite - he seems to finish it very quickly.
