I'm a bird and want to start body building, dont want to get huge but i do want to see a complete change in shape. I know what exercises i'll need to start with but can anyone recommend diet changes?
What I should be having for breakfast lunch dinner etc? and any foods to avoid?
I know protein is good for you but any other suggestions/hint/tips? I want to start noticing a change within the next 5 weeks
It all depends on what type of bird you are such as sparrow, pigeon, magpie, vulture etc.
however if you are a turkey don't set your sights much past Christmas
