We need as many decorations as we can get for the tree.
There was an unfortunate mix up between imperial and metric, so we have ended up with a 5 metre high tree.
I really should not have let lordalex do the ordering.
He's ordered the turkey too, so we're having a new oven fitted.....

Oh thats better the mullered wine has warmed me through, a new oven what size is the bird!!!

Problems with imperial and metric again, so we are awaiting a 15 kilo bird...................
I don't think there is enough stuffing in the world.

Bubble wrap will do nicely for tree decorations. Tie it to branches whilst caroling gaily. Lets hope tree stays vertical ....ours went horizontal when leg of stand gave way resulting in daughter weeping " after all my hard work " She don't know what hard work is... does she ?

I would be obliged if you would put his meds up...there was nearly a nasty incident with some carol singers yesterday. He has never liked In the Bleak Midwinter thinks it a tad gloomy.
