Is it July already? Standing by for tomorrow’s launch of the MM Links Game, I have a links-setter virgin in “King John” (aka rockfordill). He has already proved to me to be as complex a character as any in Linkland, but I’ll let him unfold his life story in his own time. He has had to rocket up the IT learning curve, but has taken up the challenge with great gusto and I have every faith in him when executes his launch tomorrow morning.

As usual, the plan is to open the channel of communication on AB tomorrow at 08.45am and post the four words to be linked at 9.00am, when MM Links kicks off in earnest. Remember ~ early MM hits gain bonus points! Of course, you should also look out for the international version of this same game which is called KM Links and kicks off at a very early hour (which is difficult to predict precisely). Consequently, the timing of your posting is deemed to be irrelevant ~ only the number of hits you are able to register.

The regular organiser of KM Links comes all the way from Oz ( Roo-land) and goes by the name of “seekeerz”. She is truly the “Wizard-ess of Oz”. Is a female wizard simply called a Witch? Pass! As I always say ~ “Why not chance your arm at both Link Games?” They remain open for most of the weekend and all entries are scored and entered on to master scoreboards.

Until I see you tomorrow, may I wish you ~ “Happy Linking”!

:o)
Good Luck King John...Look forward to guessing your links!

Hello both. Hope you're feeling better this week Pauline.
Hii Jan...It's been a lovely few weeks hasn't it?
Mind you...I missed most of last week!
Hi Tearinghair...I'm much better thank you.
I picked up a bacteria/virus that really knocked me off my feet...literally!
I was in bed for 3 days unable to speak, walk or think!
have had this week off, got to go back on Sunday but only a 3 hour shift
just long enough on a first day back!
then off to a barbie at my eldest sons, as it was their anniversary on wednesday and my youngest sons birthday next wednesday
Hi, crofter. Another glorious evening in the shrubbery, and I'm looking forward to your month on the throne, King John.
I hope you're quite recovered, Pauline. Let me pour you a glass of something restorative.
Sounds nasty, Pauline, glad you're better. Isn't it infuriating when that happens during a nice spell of weather! Looks as though it's just going to break in time for the local fete - what could be nicer than setting up a stall in wind and rain!
AQ, welcome aboard, great to see you here again
It is good to see you back Aqua and also great to see Pauline recovering well.

Re the KM Links game.
===================
I have to report that Seekeerz' computer is still kaput (or whatever the Australian equivalent is). As a result, Strix will be launching the KM Links game at 7 am tomorrow and I shall be scoring it and reporting the outcome on Monday morning.

Good luck everyone.
Thanks Aquagility...I'll have a nice glass of red ...thanks!
Strix in charge....oh no!!! What a combination...Strix and gen2!!
Jan youare always busy!

Yes tearinghair...it was baking hot and I was freezing cold...had a fever with it.
I do hope your fete goes okay. It would be a shame if the weather was bad for it, especially after the few weeks we've had.
Thanks, Gen2 and Strix. I'd miss my double-fix of linking.
After the anouncement by Clegg this week..which Laws shall we ask to have repealed??
strix and gen2 Pauline???
better be on best behavour I think
yes like to have plenty going on
any spare minutes try to fit the quiz in am over half way
love the comments from customers doing the double decker one from 3 years ago
they are really getting into it though have sold loads
Thanks for that Pauline. There are usually loads of people there as it's for a very good cause, but they won't linger if it's wet. Luckily the weather is forecast to improve in the afternoon.
Murphy's Law and Sod's law (more or less the same thing I think) would be good ones for the chop.
Having been AWOL for a while, I’d better own up – or at least offer my excuses.
My collapse on return from France at the end of May was nothing to do with my heart, but anaemia. After six blood transfusions I was feeling as good as new, but the quacks thought I’d better have the planned heart op anyway – said we must not leave it too late! Cheeky devils.
Now I’m home, all in one piece, but off games for the next two or three months. And poor old Huntress is laid up ashore until next spring.
I’ve been really touched by so many messages of concern and goodwill – thank you all. Aq.
rogerrrabbit posted this on another site today...brilliant!

Aquagility...it's because people care about you. You are missed when you're not around. You had better look after yourself...or I might have to come and sort you out!!
It sounds like you've had a tough time...what are we all like? We need to win the Lottery and buy a retreat for us all to go to...with a real live shrubbery!
So good to see you back Aq--from that pesky Rabbit!
