MM and KM Links November 2010 [Week 4]

Since last week, the weather in Yorkshire has taken a dramatic turn ~ although the Croft is sufficiently far south (and inland) to have escaped the heavy falls of snow. I am presently indulging in a bottle of good red wine ~ really just to generate some inner warmth and keep the chills at bay! By all accounts, the Lady Slaney is poised to launch her final week of MM Links tomorrow at 08.45am and her four words to be linked should be posted at 9.00am, when MM Links begins in earnest. Remember ~ early MM hits gain bonus points and some devious lateral may well be needed for some (not all) of her proposed link words!

Hello Pauline. I'm fine thanks, how about you and Reg? Just got in from a Christmas quiz. A bit early I know, but you have to support these things. Unfortunately no CIN quiz again this year. Had a few family health problems this year so wasn't able to spend the time I wanted to compile a quiz that I would have been happy with selling. Fingers crossed 2011 will be better and I will be able to set one for next year.

Unfortunately no, Australia are still batting on 258 for 5 as I type (2 runs behind England). Our Wizard of Oz, Steff, will be happy. Perhaps we can hope for a draw!

Pauline, normally orange or red....it's a bit difficult to see white balls in the snow. It was hard enough this morning in the frost.
Once, one of my dearly departed friends used a green ball, which was a bit stupid as it was during the summer!
