Down to £8 per bottle
I don't doubt other supermarkets will be adjusting their prices accordingly

I don't get it
I really thought you wanted to know which one
I did Ric..thank you .I will have a wee look tomorrow !
There's champagne and champagne.

I doubt if this of the highest quality.

Its £8 a bottle - whats not to like?
Anyway Minty is going to get herself a bottle and test it tonight for us - ain't you Minty;-))
It's probably the sort that really needs orange juice to be added.
it can be my 600 calorie treat tomorrow night..on the pink strawberry slimfast diet !! :-(

Or maybe a little liqueur - even better
Bought a bottle yesterday. Didn't even get the wire thingy off before the cork shot out the bottle and I had Champagne all over the floor.

Be careful....just in case.
Question Author
Minty - forget those sickly little shakes - just down an £8 bottle and let us know
You are supposed to chill it first Ummmm
Ummmm...eek..did you lick it up ? lol
Question Author
Really Ummm - what was the rest like? You must have had some left to drink
I am now officially the AB alcohol tester...all free samples for tasting send direct to me henceforth !
Aw, you get my hopes up, only to be cruelly dashed - Tesco have sold out (online). Asda's Pierre Darcys Champagne is quite good for a cheapie at a tenner, has all the bubbles in the right place :) I bet they put it down to £8 by tomorrow.
It was chilled. Believe it or not it wasn't the first bottle of Champagne I'd ever opened :-)

Ric....It was okay. To be honest the fizz makes it hard for me to tell the difference between good and bad.
'Cleaner to the Champagne aisle' ;o)
