Killed two jolly big, violent and lethal Blk/yellow spiders with a gushing hosepipe (well they've disappeared anyway).

Taken hija's old LG phone to be unlocked 20€ ready on Sat.

Still have a huge pile of ironing to do someday.

Oh yes, Mr N has managed to solder, tape and generally bind up the leads into the booster box, so we now have tv in all rooms except bathroom. We have Spanish and English (Sky) systems so mostly we can watch separate things, except for me who watches downloaded dvd's. I love the watching spanish TV in the winter, it's all sort of cosy.

haven't got my actual tickets yet, Lottie, they probably won't turn up till closer to the time. But I am looking forward to a night in the main stadium with athletics finals and medal ceremonies. Obviously with the roads closed to limos I will have to go by train and walk through the new Westfield, but I suppose I can cope.

I hope everyone's ailments are a bit less ailing today.

That's sounds good actually jno. Something worth seeing. I wish I were more sporty, but I just ain't. Son is a mad keen cyclist, but generally we are not a sporty family. We like the great outdoors but not sports. Ooooh, except F1 !!!

Oh yes shaney, I love that art deco necklace, but I do not wear necklaces ever, I love all things art deco, would love a art deco decoratd house. Years ago when I was redecorating our bedroom I found 3 art deco pictures in a boot sale so snapped them up, still over the bed, my pride and joy!

Well I bags this, but not the earings - I hate earings.

I do like necklaces, and do wear them, but only if going out somewhere special. Mr LL has bought me loads of jewellery over the years, bless him.

Just going to have egg, chips and peas, followed by Mulberries and icecream. My gardener friend gave me the mulberries from his garden.

Went for a long walk this afternoon and then to vets to talk about Meg's problem tummy. She has to go on a special diet, fat free. She probably has underlying chronic pancreatitis as well as collitis. Apparently the chronic pancreatitis doesn't cause the same dangerous problems as the acute version. She is generally bouncing about and very healthy and active, but gets these horrible tummy spasms. She has had them all her life.

It turned very warm here late this afternoon and I had gone out for a walk with a jacket on. I was boiling and hot and bothered.

Actually Neti, come to thing of it, I quite like watching athletics too.

Afternoon Everybiddy. Hope you find Mr W. even better today Woofy...and that everyone else is ok or fair to middlin'. I keep doin a little job in my kitchen then ending up with a big one, anybody know what I mean? This time it's the xtractor fan above my cooker. Was only having a quick wipe round. Still not finished it but have to have my lunch, you know me and food. I've been for a stroll this a.m. to take a bag full of tops to the charity shop, hope I don't regret it, I don't mean I didn't want to give anything just that maybe I'll think, 'I'll where that top' and I have donated it...Ha!

Just wading my way through a plate of lean minced beef and veg. Laters 'gaters !!

I meant the sea. DH having a bumpy ride with pain but travelling in the right direction. Yesterday was a bit fraught. I stayed with him till 20.00. Bless my Sis couldn't do it without her, better today.
