Where can I buy a pan like this
Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
without ,what to me ,is a hefty price tag for something that will only be used occasionally.Mr S has a fancy for toad in the hole and I'm finding it increasingly difficult to juggle pans in and out of ovens which contain hot fat.

Robi would you believe I feel like some fish and chips so that's what I'm going to do. Frozen fish portion and peas and oven chips! Quick and easy.
ooo fish and chips!! lovely. We've got a ready done m and s turkey joint (small one) and a potato mozzarella and tomato bake. It all goes in the oven together so nice and easy.
I often have fish on a Sunday now Jude and a big dinner on Monday. I can't believe how for all those years I felt like a complete failure if I didn't do a full roast etc on a Sunday...I'd drag myself up to do it even if I was ill. Fool.
I used to sometimes do a roast lamb or chicken but not often, we usually eat out on a Sunday, but not much longer, the credit card bill has arrived and he is not best pleased, blimey it was Dec and I cannot remember!

Just seen Blandings is on but I'll get it tomorrow.
Trollope Robi? I'll give you Trollope! Reg indeed!!
Oops, about turn...

erm, Midwife was good...time for Selfrige...must dash ole chums.
nothing nil nada telly for me ...am enjoying videos of the victorian garden series.
I am watching on the internet but it keeps stopping and starting, most annoying!!
Go to bed neti, you might dream about Reg...and the waterbed...

cackle
Morning all. Waterbed indeed I would be seasick.

Waiting to hear from our fund manager in UK as need to get some money! Mr N very glum, he thought we had more in Spanish bank than there is and I didn't spend THAT much!!
good morning all, just about. Am getting up my oomph to wash the mud off the wood floors, then i've got to get ready for the tree men tomorrow...I would have said tree fellers but there will be four of them.....laugh? I nearly started!
Good afternoon each. I've actually been out today. Had to go for some petrol and shopping from Sainsburys. On the way I called to look a a Kia car. I really would live one of them

Still snuffling but feel a lot better than the last few days. Drinking lemon hot lemon and honey and gargling with salt water. How's that for self medication.

Just having some beans with toast and a coffee then I'm going to relax this afto. I may even doze as I was awake at 3.15.

Hi all. Well I have spoken to the fund manager and he is sending us some money, gosh it's easy!! But I have write to him confirming it and our printer has runout of ink, so daren't tell Mr N, it'll set him off again, so have handwritten it, what a chore, I don't do handwriting anymore! So that is almost sorted.

Have put some tv progs that Mr N likes (ie Death in Paradise, George Gently) onto a new Pendrive sohe can catch up with them tonight as we can play them through the new TV, well posh!!!! and it works, I've tried it!!

Off to empty the rubbish and to make a meat and pot pie!

Glad you are up and about jude, just take it easy! Robi I hope you are vastly improved.

Woofy, jno and shaney hope you are all OK!
oh we had a waterbed once, it was absolutely wonderful. Actually two mattresses in a single frame so each side could have preferred temperature. Took a good day to heat it, so we'd only change twice a year for winter and summer. But my side kept springing pinprick holes around the seam - I don't know if it was badly made or I'm just a fractious sleeper - and every time it would take hours to heft the mattress up out of the way and mop up inside the frame (which was lined with waterproof rubber so at least it didn't flood the floor). In the end we had to give it up. But sleeping on it was wonderful.
Afternoon all...typical weather, I went to the shops in the drizzle and now it's brightened up.
Pleased your cold is easing quickly Jude, I'm thoroughly peed off with mine, just when I thought I was getting better it's back with a snotty vengeance...grrrr.
back is iffy so have decided to see if it settles before starting floor. I have tried a waterbed when i was a student and the hospital i was placed at had them in their burns unit....no likee :(
Woofy hope your back eases!

We tried a waterbed once in USA, I hated it, felt utterly sick and that was only for 10mins, never ever again! Hija and Mr N had to share it, I slept on the sun lounger, we were visiting friends! Stayed in a motel after that!!!

Pie made but not cooked yet, just precooking the buttery cabbage in advance !
I daresay I'd hate a waterbed too...I feel as if I'm bobbing up and down on firm ground.

jno! what are you doing down there?

I'm not bored today....much :)
