I have been asked by a friend to investigate a Clarecraft figure which she inherited. It is of an elderly naked gentleman sitting atop a pile of rocks. Approximately 14cm tall, it has a sticker on the base which reads Clarecraft S Y 03 (could be STY 03). I know that Clarecraft did a range called The Stylites but cannot find any other reference to it anywhere. Can anyone identify this figure for me? Does the fact that I cannot track it down mean that it is very rare?

It could be a figure from the Discworld series- check those out.

Thanks for the suggestion but all the Discworld figures are coded DW. I also know that Witches and their Cauldrons are coded HC or WT. I read online about a Clarecraft catalogue that had been sold at auction and it mentioned some of their ranges, including The Stylites.
