Shoes from USA

Hi there, an elderly friend of mine is desparate to obtain a couple of pairs of shoes from the states. She has one very old pair that are now so disreputable that they are now gardening shoes! They are called Cobbie Cuddlers and seem to be available from Kmart.. The problem is that Kmart don't ship to the UK. I have no contacts in the states and my friend doesn't have a computer. Has anyone out there got any bright ideas?
