I see this annoying character is getting his second vaccination this week.Given the fact that some care homes have not even been approched for a first vaccination of their residents it seems very unfair this man,who flouted regulations at least once,is now getting preferential treatment.

he sounds seriously unpleasant from the recent biography, emmie "an absent father and violent husband, who punched his wife so hard he broke her nose. Johnson Snr is faithless and a creep: in the parched summer of 1976, he told the family’s two au pairs that the water shortage made washing clothes impossible and therefore they would have to follow the lead set...

Love it when people say 'I was only winding you up'. That means I was talking rubbish and you found me out.
I don’t enough about the man to comment on the allegations
I don't think the life you lead has any influence on whether you can have the vaccine or not.
Barry Humphries had a jab yesterday

that's an outrage, Paigntonian ... but I'm glad that poor old Dame Edna was able to get one
Let me get this straight, Grumpy.

You are saying that if someone has had their first jab, they only get their second if they've been good?

Someone stands there with a clip board, consults it and announces "no, you don't deserve it".
jno: Thank goodness. This sniping about who has had a jab or who hasn't deserves to be in the playground. Perhaps they'll be someone tomorrow some people don't like and then they can carp on again. It really is comic book stuff.
I bet William Shakespeare has had his second jab too, name dropping works eh ;-)
I notice that SJ has applied for French nationality, on the grounds that his mother was born in France and that his grandmother was French. My wife's father was French and she applied for French nationality about a year ago; she had to provide info on her grandparents and greatgrand..., including copies of birth and marriage certificates. I hope he doesn't get his application approved before she does.
He says in interview that it has taken him at least a year so far to gather all the information.
Mamy, did you mean the information to support his nationality application? If it did, it doesn't surprise me; you need to contact local parish records in France, and that's possibly easier for him than for my wife, who isn't able to pay experts to help. It took us about a year to put together an application.
Re Joan Collins talking about how easy it was. Jeremy Vine, today, was talking to people who's had it done and most said how easy it was. We've all had injections at some point in our lives, we know what it is, we don't need telling.
Yes, that's what he said Atheist.

In reply to Hopkirk. The decision was taken as I understand it that to help the vaccine go further second vaccination’s were to be put back so that more people could have their first which is surely right. However because they weren’t able to contact a lot of the elderly to advise them of this, when they turned they got their second anyway although it was to go for others first jab.If this dislikeable man had kept his big mouth shut nobody would have been any the wiser. Also, now we read Boris has gone seven miles for a bike ride.Thankfully the fine on the two women in Derbyshire has been cancelled.
