I can! We had a holiday there and really enjoyed it. There's not an awful lot of shops but of course pley of historical buildings and a very pretty park with a butterfly park as I remember. If possible,go when it's not too crowded and touristy as you'll be queuing a long time. Have fun!

I found it over-rated and expensive. They've a good theatre and a pretty park, but that's about it.

Try Birmingham - it's lovely. Clean, friendly, decent shops, not too expensive, decent eateries, decent art, and I'm told the jewellery quarter is something really special if that's what you're into.
