Recognising irony really isn't your strong point.
Sandy, I'm at a loss to know why he continues to ask us to join him in his wonderful new fantasy world. You'd think that by consistently having his invitations refused, he'd have got the message by now that his is not the sort of company we choose to associate with.

Yes, To point, you have been listening quietly to the discussion,
And yes you do not agree, and we have had to put up with our problems for such a long time, and has God interfered? No!, you think only humans can bring a change. We must change the whole system, rebel against It, the corrupt and remove them from power. then downtrodden all over the world would rise up against oppression, yes you could bring a change?
But it would not happen with God. Not only does he have the power to solve problems but he has the power and the desire to see that they never arise up again; he has the ability to maintain peace and security permanently earth wide.”—Nahum 1:9.

Elderman, for goodness sake stop crowing about true Christianity and fake Christianity. ALL Christianity is fake. The whole lot is manufactured. Look at its history. If Jesus existed (and there's no verifiable evidence to say he did), and if his story is true, which is highly debateable, he wasn't the first to be born of a virgin, he wasn't the first to be raised from the dead, he wasn't the only son of your God - there were more before him - and neither was he your God himself. He was a Jewish rabbi - and that's all. You have no idea who wrote all these bible texts you insist upon quoting - and neither does anyone else - so please stop treating the people here as imbeciles with your superstitious nonsense. Most of them know their history - which is clearly more than can be said for you.
God gave wings to the Seraphim, the Cherubin, and the Orphanim.
It might well have been the devil who provided the spark of inspiration that set the Wright Bros on the wrong track.
What has flight done for us? In times of strife it's another way of delivering death and destruction. In peace it's a major pollutant and a severe test of patience when one is stuck at an airport.

The modern God is the result of downsizing of heaven.
Before the asset stripping and liquidation by a hostile takeover there used to be many Gods. However the new owners wanted to save on costs decided that one God could do everything so the others were retrenched and their offices sold off.
Many of their followers protested and refused to honor the new management structure. Eventually it was realised that the holidays were the crucial point so all the previous holidays were reinstated as Christian festivals to keep the peace.
Most were renamed but for some reason the name Easter (from oestreus) stuck with the original.

No,to Christians such misrepresentation is one evidence that they are indeed walking in harmony with God’s truth. It can thus be a reason for their rejoicing, knowing that their adherence to the truth will lead to lasting blessings. As Jesus Christ said in the Sermon on the Mount: “Happy are you when people reproach you and persecute you and lyingly say every sort of wicked thing against you for my sake. Rejoice and leap for joy, since your reward is great in the heavens; for in that way they persecuted the prophets prior to you.”—Matt. 5:11, 12.
