1. Build 10 council houses in every town, village and Hamlet and stop building housing estates.
2.Form community work teams recruited form the unemployed and retired to address things like unskilled care work on wards to make sure hospitals, care homes and nursing homes have random supervision by the general public to stop abuse and neglect, community tidying, library assistance etc, home helps, visiting etc. Double the benefits of those taking part.
3. Scrap tuition fees.
4. Scrap fixed term parliaments.
5.Cut MP's salary to the national average and curtail their expenses to reasonable levels.

3. Make castration available for some sexual crimes.
4. Give points for clear goals wins at football and change the off-side rule to only relate to inside the penalty box.
5. Make all immigrants provide a large financial; deposit only repayable upon leaving the country or being granted citizenship within a set time limit.

Well, lightbulb247, you seen to found the headquarters of the British Nazi Party. I don't look good in a black shirt, but I'd suggest:
The biggest problem facing Britain and the world is overpopulation. We haven't got enough houses, roads, food, water, gas, etc. etc.
So how about a tax & benefits system that does not reward people for having large families. Any more than two children shouldn't be rewarded with benefits, tax credits or housing benefits or points for council housing. All benefits should be subject to a qualifying period - you've got to put something into the country for two years before you start taking out. This would apply equally to British natives and newcomers.
I think this would slowly take pressure off all the services etc. that struggle to cope now. Lower population is also, of course, environmentally friendly! Cheers!
