I can understand homosexuality, I can understand trans-gender, but I simply cannot understand why heterosexual men indulge in cross-dressing. Any thoughts that may enlighten me will be welcome.
Well, there doesn't appear to be a definitive reason so I'm still none the wiser. I can't say with hand on heart that the idea of a heterosexual man trying to look like a woman doesn't strike me as rather odd though. Thanks for your answers all.

Ah! naomi, but what it does is to cement your preference and bravery in admitting cross dressing into the hearts of the majority of AB women and indeed some AB men as well.
Naomi, "Well, there doesn't appear to be a definitive reason so I'm still none the wiser."
I think its because there are many reasons, some sexual, some purely preference to Woman's clothing over Men's clothing, some just like the attention they get.
I suppose there must be some women that like to dress as men for the same reasons, although I'm not aware of any.
Well, I have been trying to follow the thread and understanding the psyche, but to be honest, the only cogent reason for men putting on women's clothes is........."it just feels right."
Can you point me to a post that has given other reasons?
I did, I did, O_G but my post was kicked into touch, by replies that it was of "jawdropping " ignorance.
So I thought, that cannot be one reason for cross dressing.
Sqad, I didnt say that all the answers are in this post, I think you would need to ask a lot cross dressers for a more definitive answer, even then I am sure they would vary from one to another.
I suspect some rugby player types do so for a laugh during booze-ups. Even if they are in the minority (and some might even be using humour as a good excuse). No desire to search the thread for others, but it's not just been solely "feels right", which I take to mean internally/mentally, but also sexual excitement too. And the texture of silken clothes may be an non-sexual attraction too. Different individuals seem to get different things from it and feel a need to indulge for different reasons.
