no we shouldn't, this is the trouble, and causes major divisions, i don't believe in Sharia courts, or Jewish for that matter, nor faith schools of any hue. People should be integrating not cherry pick the laws, way of life you want.

I’m wondering if people who instantly say ‘Rowlocks’ to this suggestion only ever visit the bright lights of the West End? They don’t appear to have taken a bus ride from Aldgate along the Whitechapel Road, and through Mile End, Stratford, and Leyton - or if they have, I can only imagine they slept throughout the journey.
I live in South London which is probably one of the most multi-cultural areas in the UK. I know of only one largish Mosque in Croydon which I have been inside but there are many churches still around. There are a few Islamic centres dotted around as well.
I wouldn't say its more Islamic although the area I live has more West Indian and Asian shops than anything else.
I'm sure I saw something on the news a couple of years ago showing an area where only Muslims could frequent and a no go area for anyone else. Even the police were unwelcome and felt uncomfortable going in.
