//so what is the form of this "energy" how is it stored?//
As far as I'm aware energy cannot be created and it cannot be destroyed. It simply changes form. I suspect the energy the body generates throughout a lifetime results from emotion - love, hate, sadness, happiness, etc, and the very real physical pain or ecstatic euphoria those emotions are capable of eliciting. What form that energy takes is unanswerable - but if it can't be destroyed it stands to reason that death is not the end of it. We know how thoughts and emotions are physically produced but we can't see them or grab them for examination. Nevertheless, they exist. We know they exist. I wonder if all that energy accumulates into what we call the 'soul' - and is that what's left when we die?
There have been experiments conducted under scientific conditions to weigh the soul - I think the figure was 21gm, but I know that's been criticised. I must remember to check it all again. Just flinging a few thoughts around. It's a fascinating subject.
