What can you do about a neighbour's burglar alarm that keep going off for no reason?

Is it worth calling the police? I take it the police won't break in to silence the alarm?

Are all woman stupid?

1. Speak to the neighbour and raise it with them.

f that doesn't get you anywhere...

2. Call the council noise abatement team who will monitor the noise levels.

In the meantime, perhaps keep a diary of when , how long and how often the alarm goes off.

You certainly need to keep a diary of the events. In my experience, the council will do nothing if you do not have months of data....
