if i shut up, i get people complaining that i don't respond to them.
Umm, if me or my mum didn't step in, we'd have something like steak and chips (deep fried) with ooba unhealthy gravy and no vegetables at all. But because we do step in, we have some peas with it.
and we have at least one roast dinner a week, probly works out at about 7 a month, and its all greasy, with fat running through the tough chewy and fatty meat, grease on top of the gravy, the vegetables been boiled so much that there's no vitamins left in them.
and then most weeks we have burgers and chips which i almsot retch on because of the grease.
but i try to be healthy, i have a healthy breakfast and lunch but its not enough when you have some much grease and fat and little nutrients piled on to your plate for your main meal.
I get one sometimes two healthy evening meals a week, but even then he interfers with his bombastic ways, throwing more butter and salt into my food.
