Mymom, I asked you for evidence, not for what 'some stories say' or for the opinions of people who lived long after the event - and you have failed to provide it. As I said, the gospel writers are unknown. There are no eye witness accounts.
How the so-called evangelists turn to personal insults when pressured. Just confirms my view of a very poor brain, one unfortunately that was probably lively but dulled by the incessant brainwashing, degenerated to the equivalent of a human photo-copying machine.

A real shame.
scowie // Nothing happens by chance. Chance is an illusion that comes from not knowing all the variables. //

Unfortunately scowie you are stuck in the old classical mechanistic view of the world. It has been established beyond all reasonable doubt that chance lays at the very heart of reality.

Read about Quantum Mechanics if you don't believe me.
MyMom //Who says [the men who wrote the Bible] were ignorant men? You? How do you know? Were you there? Some of those men were probably far more intelligent than you! //

They lived in a time characterised by ignorance. They knew absolutely nothing about a vast range of subject that I am well versed in. Yet my knowledge is small in the context of many thousands of expert scientists who are specialists in their respective fields.

Those ignorant men simply made up stories to based on their own prejudiced views as is evident by their twisted, bigotted, misogynistic writings.
