Is God's purpose for mankind the conversion of the world to the so-called Christian religions? That is what the majority of the sects of Christendom teach.

God has failed miserable in all aspects of creation, in fact, it is unbelievable.

So you're a mistake
I think his purpose was just to make people like you look more and more foolish with every word you write and he has totally succeeded.
Go on! do one of your Copy and Paste miracle!! :-)) Please!!
Then the majority of the sects of Christendom are very arrogant indeed
Question Author
Doesn't matter what Isay-you would still say=copy and paste.

Yes it is copy and and paste..I write it in a document and then copy +paste!

woofgang @ Yes very true.
yawn
Your very question is a false premise - it presupposes that a/, there is a god, and b/that said god had a purpose.

Poor logic with no corroborative evidence to support it - just words, hot air in the wind, and a slew of allegedly holy books whose message has been edited, redacted and falsified over the years.

The laws of physics and most especially entropy are the guiding force of the universe....
Man has created all religions, god had nothing to do with it.
Which god? I have a book here which lists over 2,500 deities. The followers of many of them won't even have heard of Christianity.
Surely if God is all powerful then he could have made humans any of religion he wanted to without giving people a choice and hoping everybody converts. So obviously not.

LazyGun @ Wrong, When evolutionary “experts” themselves argue over how it is supposed to have happened any successful theory of cosmology should ultimately explain this entropy problem why the universe has not become chaotic.
Because when one considers the magnificent universe in which we live, our earth and the great variety and complexity of living organisms on it not even the wisest scientist will argue that the universe created itself out of nothing, all of this points to but one thing—Our God Jehovah . (Ps. 83:18)

VHG@ True, But man have gone from the true God religion

chakka@ The Bible says at- Ps. 83:18 That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, you alone are the Most High over all the earth.

. billym @ Most of us, if we stopped to think about it, would agree that religion is something that is too important to be left to chance. Why, even in everyday matters, we try to control our own lives as much as possible. Who wants to be just a victim of circumstances?
@goodlife - you dont get to state "wrong" and expect to be taken seriously without corroborative evidence, and, as usual, you offer none.

Experts arguing? If you knew anything at all, you would know that this is part of the method by which we obtain progress, refinement, advancement of knowledge - a much better way of progressing that just faith in the word of an old book.

Your arguments are circular. You demonstrate a poor grasp of logic, and little knowledge of science. I should read some primers first on evolution, biology, cosmology, then come back with a frest perspective....
Well lets just suppose there is an all seeing all knowing god

It has had roughly 4.6 billion years to get this planet sorted out....hasnt done a very good job has it.

why not make all the life forms fit for purpose from day one, saves all the time that long drawn out evolution stuff needs.

Not to mention the planet itself and all its natural processes or as we like to call most of them "disasters" that are constantly re-modelling the planet.

not much purpose nor any sort of plan by the looks of it
The Bible. The worlds biggest seller of fiction.
//Has God’s Purpose for Mankind Failed?//

Since there was no one to till the ground, God’s specific purpose in creating a second man - Adam - from whom we are all reputedly descended – was to put him to work caring for the land. Sadly, in my case his purpose has failed because I don’t like gardening - but he’s succeeded with my gardener, who loves it. You win some, you lose some.

Jesus said. “Let them be. Blind guides is what they are.” further Yes discussion with such hostile antagonists was pointless, of benefit to no one, and would lead only to a fruitless argument. (Matthew 15:4) Jehovah’s Witnesses do not expect everyone to speak favorably of them.
They bear in mind Jesus’ words: “Woe, whenever all men speak well of you, for things like these are what their forefathers did to the false prophets. (Luke 6:26)

bazwillrun@ ‘Time what is it?” You ask this question with regard to that world-embracing religious organization.
How do you feel about it? Have you investigated the subject to any degree? Has man’s life-span always been so short? Is it really unchangeable, and is it “unscientific” to think otherwise?
The first point is that Jehovah does not view time as we do. To the One who lives forever, a thousand years are as one day. He is not restrained or pressured by time, but he is not slow in acting. Possessing limitless wisdom, Jehovah knows precisely the best time to act for the benefit of all concerned, and he patiently waits for that time to come.
However, we should not conclude that Jehovah is insensitive to any suffering that we may experience in the meantime. (John 4:8) He is able to undo, completely and permanently, any harm that this temporary permission of suffering might have caused.

Naomi@ second man – Adam?

That ‘s all for today Folks!
//Jehovah’s Witnesses do not expect everyone to speak favorably of them.//

Nice to see an element of pragmatism in there.
@goodlife

you cannot be serious with that garbage surely.
