Are Atheists Evil?

A few years ago God was very much part of the lives of people. Even if one had doubts they were kept to oneself. Today there is almost as much pressure not to believe in God as there was to believe in him.
Is what is happening in the world today a result of man's trying to get along without God?

Much of what's happening in the world today is as a result of faith - not because of a lack of it, so your question doesn't work.

You can't say all atheists are evil, as it would also be wrong to say that all Christians are good.

Well, nowadays there do seem to be a lot more atheists (especially like Richard Dawkins) aggressively trying to persuade people against God, than there are religious people trying (aggressively or not) to persuade people otherwise. So, if you think that aggressively trying to change people's beliefs is evil, then yes, today's atheists are evil. But if not, not.

Centuries ago, yes, religious people really went to town with aggressively trying to change other people's beliefs. That wasn't atheism versus religion, it was one brand of religion versus another. But it was quite evil.

War in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, etc etc - all in the name of God.

So it's nothing to do with getting along without God, quite the opposite.

It's the God-lovers who seem to be evil, not the atheists.

I never waste time praying . I stopped praying when the tooth fairy failed to keep up with infation.

Scandinavia is the most atheistic part of the world , it is also the most peaceful.

Not all wars are down to religions. In the past men such as Stalin, Mao Zedong, Slobodan Milosevic & Musselini were atheists.
